    I lived here for almost 6 years and I have owned several trailers in the park. If you are looking into mobile home parks, please look somewhere else. This park was the absolute worst place I have lived in.

    The landlord does not respond to anything, unless​ it involves giving them money. The only maintenance person who works there does not know what he is doing, and he is a drug addict. They have a horrible stray cat problem. Every other month there are at least five new litters of kittens. None of them are taken car of, these cats roam around with diseases and spray everything. There are also known sex offender's and child molesters in that park, who the landlord does not tell you about.

    I am honestly surprised this mobile home park has not been shut down yet.
